Wafer paper is made from potato starch, vegetable oil, and water- it
has no backing paper and never melts into the icing. It works best on
cookies iced with royal icing.
Frosting sheets are attached to a
backing paper and melt into the icing when applied to fresh icing.
Ingredients are: Water, corn starch,corn syrup,cellulose,corn syrup
solids,corn oil, gum arabic,sugar, modified starch,
glycerine,polysorbate,vanilla,artificial color,citric acid.
