All royal icing, and gumpaste will last for many years stored at room temperature out of the sunlight to prevent fading. Fondant items will last for up to a year in the same conditions. No refrigeration or freezing needed.

How we started
Cake-Art was founded 10 years ago as a woman owned and woman run home business. I sell royal icing flowers, animals, fake cakes, and cake supplies out of the U.P. of Michigan.

Our Philosophy I can get many items that are not listed in my online site. If you don’t see it here, just email me and ask. I can get most Wilton supplies, JEM and PME gumpaste tools, plastic pans,etc. If I don’t have it in stock I can special order it in 1 1/2-2 weeks(sometimes sooner), depending on when I placed my last order.
