Fake cakes made of styrofoam and Permaice icing. If they ever get dusty just wipe with a damp cloth.There are many uses:displays for antique cake plates, props in plays, as rental cakes, to show off floral arrangements in floral shops,to show off wedding toppers in stores.

Be aware that fake cakes take many days to make and dry, so order well ahead of time(preferrably 3+ weeks- during my busy season I need 1 month or more to fit them into my schedule). Cakes with no borders take 3 more days to make compared to ones with borders .
To get an idea of what a custom fake cake would cost you here is a price sheet for various sizes made from permaice fake icing and styrofoam dummies (for advanced decorations or tons of flowers the charge will be more. Fondant look cakes cost 35 percent more. Up to 8" size I can use Crayola model magic to cover, any larger and I use Permaice and sanding to make a smooth coating.)
