All royal icing, and gumpaste will last for many years stored at room
temperature out of the sunlight to prevent fading. Fondant items will last
for up to a year in the same conditions. No refrigeration or freezing needed.

A variety of snowflakes in gumpaste , some available in fondant also. These are made up as needed- small gumpaste flakes take 1 day to dry ,large fondant flakes take 3 days to dry.Fondant items made with Satin Ice fondant will last up to 12 months , gumpaste items will last for many years.
