All royal icing, and gumpaste will last for many years stored at room
temperature out of the sunlight to prevent fading. Fondant items will last
for up to a year in the same conditions. No refrigeration or freezing needed.
I now dry these on flower formers so the wings are up slightly.Fondant items made with Satin Ice fondant will last up to 12 months , gumpaste items will last for many years.
