1) What is your refund/return policy?
Any orders placed by visa/MC/Am Ex/ Discover and then canceled by the customer after 8pm the day the order is placed will be refunded minus the credit card fee I am still assessed ( $2.50 fee)
Flowers that are ordered last minute and do not get to you in time because a date needed by was not emailed to me WILL NOT be refunded.
Our Return Policy
We will accept returns on any non food - products (NO returns of food items- including icing flowers and animals, Edible images,pearls,dragees, and special orders- ask any questions prior to purchase of these items) in its original ,UNOPENED package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
Before returning any product, you will need to send an RMA.
You will be refunded the price minus any shipping and handling and charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders.(Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund will be made in the form of a coupon code for use on future orders.)
If your order of sugar flowers, fondant items, or edible items arrive broken : if there is time I will remake and reship the amount broken, if there isn't time to reship I will issue a coupon code in the amount of the broken items for use on future orders.
2) Do I need to be a business to order?
YOU DON’T NEED A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM ME- ANYONE MAY PLACE AN ORDER. NO MINIMUMS.
3) What types of payments do you accept?
Paypal.
Google checkout.
I also take Visa/MC/American Express/Discover cards through Authorize.net , so if you call in your order I can take your number over the phone.
I will accept checks/MO but any special order items/ royal icing flowers will not be ordered or made until I receive the MO (9 out of 10 check/MO never get sent to me.)
4)Do you have every item in stock?
No- there are many items that are too large for me to keep in stock. Some of the items like cake stands, and large orders of cupcake stands will be drop shipped for me by my distributor- these will go by UPS only. Other items like fondant and foods I special order to guarantee freshness.
5) How long does it take to make royal icing flowers and sugar cubes?
My custom royal icing flowers can take between 2 days(tiny, fast drying ones like rosebuds, violets,pansies) and 2 weeks to SHIP, depending on the number of orders in at the time and the amount of time I have to work on them(March,May, July,August and September are VERY busy months so plan ahead.). Always add in a note on your order with the date needed by so I can schedule my orders from most pressing to least pressing.
6) What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping depends on the total weight of the package. Cost can be figured out as soon as 1 product is in the cart by adding your zip code. I ship my orders using USPS.First class-4-8 days, Parcel post 6-14+ business days, Priority mail 2-10 business days, Express mail 1-2 business days.
Priority mail USUALLY takes between 2-3 days but is not guaranteed(Every once in a while a package takes a trip around the US before reaching it's final destination) . FYI: Express mail from the UP of Michigan to most cities in the US takes 2 days 90% of the time instead of 1 day.
If you need additional services added contact me by email -ie. Signature confirmation, same day shipping,etc.
7) Do you have a printed catalog.
NO- only this online catalog.
8) Do you sell wholesale?
I only wholesale my royal icing flowers/animals and sugar cubes. Wholesale amounts of any other items will need to be ordered from a wholesaler like www.ckproducts.com where I order all of my products(you need to be a retailer or cake decorator to sign up with them).
9) What is your Privacy policy?
We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party ever. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

10) Are gumpaste and royal icing flowers edible?
Gumpaste flowers are made out of powdered sugar,vegetable gum, and water. They are edible, but not tasty and if wired should not be eaten so wire will not be ingested.
Fondant is edible unless wired.
Royal icing are made from powdered sugar ,water, meringue powder,and flavoring. They are edible although most people will not eat them because they are hard.
Be aware that deeper,darker colors like red,deep pink,dark purple,orange, and burgundy may not taste as good because of the amount(2-3 Tbsp) of Americolor food coloring used to make the color. Darker colors may also stain the mouth and teeth. |
